Metal-bilt Construction, LLC was incorporated in 2005 by Broward Brahier; sole owner and stockholder in the company.

Our story is one of success. Broward started as a laborer with an established construction company in the Orlando area, gradually moving up into position foreman, and finally becoming the lead man on projects. He learned to read blue prints and complete building layouts along with a development of knowledge with different types of applications for metal buildings and roof systems.

In 2005, Broward started his own erecting company incorporated in the state of Florida, with 8-10 employees and growing over the past 4years into a crew of 20 full time employees. Our first project was Pasco County School “L” located in Tampa, Florida; a 100,000 square foot project.

Since our start, we have managed numerous prestigious projects that have proven both challenging and profitable. We attribute the success of Metal-Bilt Construction to our President, Broward Brahier, and our employees with their extensive knowledge and ability in the metal construction business. We intend to continue assembling only first class metal buildings for our present and future clients.

Metal-Bilt Construction offers professional craftsmanship and quality in pre-engineered metal building erection. Specializing in high profile and non profile and non-traditional buildings from primary manufacturers including, but not limited to: Butler, American, USA, Metallic, Varco Pruden and Nucor. We strive to provide quality service and exceptional value.

The steel erection industry requires good health, alert minds and the ability to operate under difficult circumstances. It is our policy and focus to provide employees with the safest work conditions possible. This requires proper information, training and supervision. Metal-Bilt Construction is committed to following federal, state and local safety regulations. A safe work environment is dependent upon each employee and supervisor working together and meeting standards of proper safety. Upon hire each employee is trained in fall protection and provided with appropriate safety equipment, while OSHA competent supervisors are appointed to each project site. Weekly safety meetings provide employees with up to date reviews of safety standards and risk-free work methods.
